New Septic System Installation
New installs only. Permit-ready conventional, sand-mound, and pressure-distribution designs across North Idaho.
Septic Systems — done right, done once.
A septic system is one of those things you only notice when it fails — and when it does, the bills get expensive fast. The way to avoid that is to install it right the first time: properly sized tank, properly laid drain field, properly graded soil, inspected and signed off.
We install new septic systems on greenfield North Idaho lots and work with engineers and health districts to get the permits and inspections cleanly. Conventional gravity systems, pressure-distribution, sand mounds, and alternative designs where the percolation test demands. New installs only — we do not do repairs or drain-field replacements.
Four steps from first call to finished work.
No games, no mystery pricing, no “we’ll see when we get there”. Here’s how every Premier job runs.
Walk the land
We come out, walk the property with you, and understand what you’re trying to get done. Free, no pressure.
Straight quote
You get a written quote with scope, timeline, and price — in days, not weeks. No bait-and-switch.
Do the work
We show up when we said we would and run the job with our own crew and equipment. You stay informed.
Walk it again
Final walk-through. If something isn’t right, we fix it before we invoice. That’s our guarantee.
The difference is in how it’s done.
Permit-ready, inspection-clean
We coordinate with Panhandle Health District and your engineer.
Proper perc-test design
Drain field sized and laid to match your soil conditions.
Conventional and alternative
Gravity, pressure, sand mound — whatever the site needs.
Coordinated with site work
Tank, field, and grading handled together on new builds.
Situations we solve every week.
New-install septic, permit to inspection.
Panhandle Health permitting handled
We work directly with Panhandle Health District’s septic program so your permit, install, and inspection flow cleanly.
Integrated with your site work
On new-construction jobs we integrate septic with site prep, water line, and driveway work — one schedule, one invoice.
Diagnose before you rebuild
If a system fails, we diagnose what’s actually wrong before we quote a rebuild. Sometimes the tank is fine and the field is the problem — or vice versa.

Septic Systems — answered.
Do I need a permit for a new septic system?
Yes. Panhandle Health District permits septic installs in Bonner, Kootenai, and Boundary counties. We handle the permit coordination.
How long does a septic install take?
Most conventional installs take 2–4 days once permits are in hand. Alternative systems (sand mound, pressure) can take longer.
Why do some sites need sand mounds?
When perc tests show soil that doesn’t absorb effluent fast enough (common on clay-heavy or shallow-to-rock lots), Panhandle Health requires an alternative system like a sand mound or pressure-distribution field.
Do you repair existing septic systems?
No — we focus on new installs only. For repair work, we can refer you to other North Idaho providers.
Do you handle the pumping/service?
Not routinely — but we’ll point you to reliable North Idaho septic pumpers and service providers we trust.
