Join our crew.
We run modern equipment, take pride in clean work, and treat each other right. If you know what you’re doing on a machine — or want to learn from people who do — we’d like to hear from you.
What it’s like working here.
Family-owned and run by people who actually walk the sites. No corporate playbook, no silly meetings — just steady work, good equipment, and a crew that takes care of each other.
Family-owned, no corporate BS
Joey owns the business and runs the sales side. Decisions get made fast, problems get solved on the ground, and your time isn’t wasted on policies that don’t matter.
Pride in the work
We don’t churn through cheap jobs. We do excavation, forestry mulching, and grading the right way — the kind of work you can drive past with your kids in the truck and point at.
Good crew, good equipment
Modern, well-maintained machines. People who know what they’re doing. If you’ve worked on a beat-up fleet with a crew that doesn’t care, this’ll feel different.
North Idaho, year after year
We’re based in Sagle and run jobs across Bonner, Kootenai, and Boundary counties. If you live up here, this is local work — no living out of motels for weeks at a time.
